Hi, Adriane from Germany. Random commenter on the blog, always a bit shy to write in English. Wannabe writer, still at the beginning, probably hopeless, but enthusiastic

I'm Tepelus (pronounced tseh-peh-loosh). I like Vlad the Impaler (hence the user name, meaning "little impaler") and vampires despite my fear of needles and blood. I sometimes write stuff but the past few months I've been suffering from hardcore block. Don't judge. I also draw stuff too, but that happens even less than the writing, though I've been told I'm pretty good at it. I have an example on my blog of the kind of art I can do (hint - Oscar Wilde). Um, I work at a tiring job and my car is a piece of crap. A house I want is up for sale but I haz a poor and can't afford it. That's it for now, I guess.

I'm just some basic hussy. I occasionally comment on the blog but usually I just lurk and talk to myself. Like so many others I came for the 50sog snark but stayed for the awesomeness that is Jenny and Trout Nation. I like how safe a space this is for discussing mental health issues. I can't wait to find out if Apollonia (I think that's the name) actually has science fiction in it. In my free time I cross stitch inappropriate things and write.
There's also what sounds like a child's toy going off somewhere in my house which is weird because I have no children and I don't remember bringing a toy home from work. Hopefully I am not about to get murdered by a possessed toy.

Hi, I'm Jess, and also came for the 50 Shades smackdown. I'm a Michigander trapped in Atlanta until next year. I work as a contractor for a big federal agency doing public healthish stuff, but my true love is anthrozoology, or the study of relationships between humans and other animals. I love reading, cats and other animals, The Beatles, pizza, office supplies, and shoes Nice to meet all of you!

Heyo, I'm Channy... long time Trouter, seldom commenter. I'm from Canada and work in public admin. I, too, was drawn into the 50 Shades run down and referred friends and family to enjoy the recaps. I'm a writer, I've been working on my manuscript for 3 years now, gotten it to a place where I'm happy with it and now I'm working on my query letter, which is a whole 'nother level of hell. Urgh.

I'm Sadari. I've been reading Jenny's blog for a long time now. I've not commented much, but it's an important part of things I do on the internet.
Story time~!
I found the blog one day when I was at the end of every rope I had. I was sitting my my car in my driveway after driving my hyperactive kid around for like 2 hours trying to get her to take a nap. She was finally asleep and I was just done. I was something like 8 months pregnant, doubting every decision I had made in the last ten years, and so exhausted I couldn't even function. I reached over and grabbed my tablet and followed a link to the fsog recaps. I spent the next hour making desperate choking sounds as I tried not to laugh and wake my miserable child.

Hi, I'm Bella. I'm Australian and like most people I first found Jenny while craving the healthy dose of snark that she so readily supplies. I might have commented once or twice in the past (probably on Buffy recaps or the like), but for the most part I'm a bit of a lurker. I'm a total nerd and I'm currently (not very successfully) attempting to watch and recap Doctor Who from the revival.

Hello, Troutlings. I'm Subtract Hominem, and since I love reading thoughtful-yet-snarky analysis of terrible writing by relevant experts, Jenny's blog was bound to cross my path sooner or later. I don't remember if I found it first in a 50sog recap or a DON'T DO THIS EVER! post, but I've happily stuck around. I think I've left about 2 comments on the blog itself. I will try to be more active on the forum.
My own creative output gravitates toward music and poetry.

YAY for this being here. I'm always late for posts and feel no point in tossing my 2 cents in long after everyone has moved on.

I am Highlander II (H2 for the lazy *g*) and stumbled in via 50SoG posts somewhere back near the beginning, but stuck around for the BtVS recaps, b/c DUH! =) I don't comment often, but I did contribute to the spite-fic contest. I have a $dayjob that pays most of the bills; am an aspiring photographer; and sometimes I write fanfic. I'm also currently going a countdown of every MacGyver episode - Behold the MacGyver countdown - b/c MacGyver is awesome. =)

Hi there, I'm MrGBH (Those are my genuine initials). I'm from England and I used to write a lot of amateur fiction, although I'm a bit rusty. I very rarely comment on the blog, but I always read the Jealous Haters stuff, the Buffy review and anything about coping with Depression.

Hello! I'm Sheila. I also got hooked on Jenny's blog via the 50 Shades recaps and then got hooked on The Boss. I'm in the process of drawing ten thousand flowers to give away to people and the bulk of my social media activity is consumed with posting the first flower I draw each day. I write novels and I'm precariously close to sending one out for submission. How are you? This sounds like a really cool project! Where can we follow your flower-based activities? Everyone here sounds as awesome as I'd hoped, I think this forum is going to be great!

Hi, I'm SakiFiz. My online presence was named after my two cats. I found Trout Nation when there was a 50 Shades discussion on a different forum I belong to, and someone posted a link to the recaps. Didn't take long for me to get hooked.
