My first name is incredibly common, but growing up people still misspelled it. My first name is George and I live in England. How can people misspell the name of their own country's Patron Saint? Less commonly misspelled now though, due to the Prince.
My surname is an interesting case though. It's not uncommon, but it's very similar to a much better known name. Mine is Hornsby. And while I am distantly related to the Hornby that made the model trains, it's a different name. The 'S' is very clearly pronounced. And for anyone living in America yes, there is a cider called Hornsby's and yes, I am distantly related to him as well.

One post is about a song from a cartoon for little girls. The very next post is about dragon-themed dildos. I love this thread. And now for some science!

This week's review is about the sequel to last week's film. Or it may be a prequel. Or completely unrelated. I'm not sure, but it also involves a dragon. gbhreviews.blogspot.com/2015/10/dawn-of-dragonslayer-2.htmlAnd DraconRa, I watched Ronal. I have to ask, were the creators on something when they made it?

I'm thinking of adopting this as my new theme song. (I also keep meaning to take as screenshot for a new avatar, but I always get too into it.)

I once touched a hedgehog by accident when clearing away a pile of fallen leaves. It hurt! Hedgehog spines aren't just for show. And having one fighting you in your personal areas would not be pleasant. Also, it would be biting and clawing you as well.

Isn't there a German word which means "A face screaming out to have a fist in it"? I heard about it from a Stand-up show, but I think he mispronounced it and I can never spell it right. Something like backfeifengeschister? (And I apologise for mangling a beautiful language).

Then there're people like me who never bother making their beds anyway. I don't often 'Entertain guests' so I don't see any need to make my bed all neat and perfect. I'm only going to sleep in it again later anyway.

According to a recent survey, 12% of Americans believe that Joan of Arc was Noah's wife. I'm sure the study isn't representative of the entire US, but it's still depressing to think that some people somewhere genuinely believe that.

People like that baffle me. How can you waste good manners? Manners are literally limitless.
