Just found an interesting few books.
Humans: An A-Z guide. Should be very helpful. Blending in with you humans is tough enough as it is.
A Study In Scarlet. It's Sherlock Holmes. About time I actually read them.
Look Who's Back In the summer of 2011, Adolf Hitler wakes up alive and well in a field in Berlin. No-one thinks he's the real Hitler, instead that he's a method actor that refuses to break character. He looks at the state of modern Germany and doesn't like it. He then becomes a Youtube sensation and starts his new political campaign.

There are only two kinds of people I hate. Racists and the French.

I think that show may have made me a horrible person for a long time. I've already mentioned that I was 11 when it started (But I may have been 12 by the time it swam over the pond) and I idolised Xander. He was funny, charming and the cutest girl on the show was his best friend. Then he even started dating the popular girl. So my young, impressionable mind latched onto him as a role model. And so I became a 'Nice Guy'. Fortunately, Oz exists and I started to idolise him even more. But shaking off the misconceptions I had still took a long time. I still struggle to not slip back into those habits even today. In other words, fuck Xander. (I apologise for my language).

Buffy the Vampire Slayer is now 18 years old. When this series first aired, I was just 11. Now I feel really, really old.

Anyone else find the creepiest thing to be that she dressed her son up as a character that she was attracted to? That's just squicky.

Freddy just doesn't scare me. The first 'Nightmare' thing I saw was a comic where he got beaten by a D&D nerd who had a lucid dream. And since I'm a D&D nerd who has lucid dreams he just doesn't do anything.
Plus, I hate horror movies. I'm a massive pansy. Although I loved Marble Hornets. That series knows how to use jump scares.
As for old movies, The Great Dictator.

Yeah, moreish is quite common in the UK. I don't particularly like it either but I always interpreted it as meaning that something makes you want more of it. Oh yeah and I hate the word "fanny." I used to quite like that word, but I had only heard it as a name. Now I know what it means (And I'm not talking about the American meaning) I really can't stand it.

Re-reading Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy. As humorous and classic as it is, it's surprisingly depressing in places. I grew up with the TV series, which cut off at a far more upbeat place. In that the main characters were stranded millennia in the past and had just found out that all of humanity was worthlessly ruined by alien stupidity.

I can't stand the word 'Moreish'. "These biscuits are really moreish". The bleep is that supposed to mean? You want to eat more of them? That applies to anything that tastes good.

I find that tilting it works. Make sure there's a tiny gap for the air to get into the bottle and the ketchup will ooze out in a controllable fashion.

My 3-year-old nephew loves the tv show Curious George (Because that's my name). I've developed a nervous twitch every time he's referred to as a monkey. Especially by zoologists and others who should know better. He's not a monkey, he's a chimpanzee! Stop teaching our children that chimpanzees and monkeys are the same thing.

People ignoring queues enrages me. Especially since I'm usually the poor sod who's serving meaning I have to point it out to them. Then they look at me as if I'd just told them to jump off of a cliff. It's like, there are sings right there at head height in bright fricking yellow. If you're that stupid then you shouldn't be allowed out on your own.

Agents of SHIELD and Grimm are amazing shows. I also watch NCIS regularly. And My Little Pony, the manliest show ever made.
